Why: Share innovative ideas for teaching Love, Ruby Lavender

Brainstorm innovative ideas for engaging your students with the book. Then, come to the Teacher Showcase to share your amazing ideas with other teachers, media specialists, and author Deborah Wiles.
The format of the Teacher Showcase will be poster sessions. Each person who chooses to share will set up a small display to showcase their ideas with others. Everyone in attendance will have the opportunity to explore all of the displays and see the creative ideas that are shared.
Incentives for sharing your ideas at the Teacher Showcase:
**Earn CEU credit
**Chance to win a $50 gift card to Barnes & Noble
(One person from each school district will win!)
If you choose not to prepare a display to share your ideas, come to the Teacher Showcase to see and hear about others' ideas!
